CGS NAUTILUS

With aluminum where it counts and stainless steel where it’s needed, the CGS Nautilus 45 is making some major waves. Known as the big brother version to the Mod 9, this .45 ACP silencer is equipped for any needed versatility. Don’t let the 8.6-inch length fool you, this silencer only weighs 10.5 ounces! The blast baffle and piston assembly are both constructed of stainless steel to take the brunt of your shooting, while the tube and baffle material used lightweight aluminum to offer a solid weight reduction.

The Nautilus 45 piston is cut in a manner that reduces first round pop (FRP), turning the piston into an initial baffle of sorts. The baffles shielding the tube from carbon and debris, makes the Nautilus extremely easy to disassemble and clean. And the cherry on top to this treat of a silencer: CGS designed the Nautilus 45 with second generation Orion baffles to provide state-of-the-art sound reduction.
